Adult Education & Literacy Employees

As an ESC-20 employee, you have the greatest impact on each adult learner in our program. You interact and influence our students every day to persevere and reach their academic and life goals. You get to know our students and guide them through the process of setting goals and envisioning their future roles in their community, in a career, or possibly in college.
As your AEL office staff, our goal is to provide you with the tools and information so you can easily and efficiently offer the best services to your students. Making use of this webpage, along with the information and tools in our Adult Education & Literacy Procedures binder, greatly increases the efficiency of our work and the communication within our program resulting in better services—which leads to successful students!
Please use the additional resources found on the Employees & Students sections of our webpage to answer frequently asked questions and access common forms or links.
Your dedication to our students is the key to their success and that of our program.

Thank you for what you do!
